Alan Beagle - Daytime Announcer/Writer

Alan’s been in the radio game almost longer than radio. When it comes to great daytime radio, Alan wrote the book, and his 10-2 show is the highlight of many a local’s day. When Alan is not wowing the masses with his Barry White like vocals and interviewing prominent guests from authors to public figures, he enjoys the beautiful scenery, wine and food of the Coromandel.

Andy Harwood - Afternoon Announcer / Writer

One man, many strings to his bow. Andy, Auckland bred and trained, has slotted easily into the role of Mr Do-It-All. He hosts a very well received drive show, including the popular FVC 5@5, does weekend radio shifts, covers for other announcers when they’re away, writes some awesome ads, programmes the music, and interviews national and international stars, including Newton Faulkner, Op-Shop, Sir Roger Douglas, Dan Vettori, The Feelers and Hollie Smith. Andy’s future looks very bright, and he’s also the best looking person on station…(as voted by Andy Harwood).

Caleb Hamling - Creative Director

Raised in the mighty Nuhaka, Caleb has been mad on radio since he was 10. His first job was at 89FM Gisborne when he was just 13, and over the years that followed he hosted radio shows, did production, and wrote ads all over the country, including two and a half years at TRN Taupo. In December ‘07 Caleb made the very smart choice to join the creative team at Coromandel FM and is absolutely loving it. Caleb spends his spare time having fun with his beautiful fiancée, cheering on the Hurricanes and following the NBA.

Janette Parke - Office Manager

Janette- Her title is “office manager”, but only because “person who does all the accounts, chases outstanding debts, exports commercials, pays the wages, keeps station fridge stocked and generally does it all” wouldn’t fit on her business card. She captains the station from the front desk, and when she’s not keeping all the young creative lads in line, she’s cheering (often very loudly) for the best team in football history, the mighty Arsenal. (Sorry Alex, but the Spurs are no match for my team).

Chris Barlow - Weekend Announcer/Promotions

He may not be the most experienced CFM member, but Chris is definitely the tallest. And Chris carries a heavy workload on those lofty shoulders. Weekend announcer, head of the summer promo crew, and all round cool guy. The former Thames High student is attending Waikato Uni to study management, and is also a NZ under 18 rep in basketball. NBA, radio industry, management…the future is bright for our young star.

It's what I love doing".
